Refund policy
The Galilee Foundation is a registered charity. All purchases are made as a donation for our students and the work we do.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs including taxes are your responsibility and it is upon you to pay them. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case you receive a faulty product you must send first an email to shop@galileefoundation.org.uk with as many details as possible. If the product is faulty, it will be exchanged. Faulty products should be returned to us within your responsibility. To start the exchange process, please contact us to find out where to send your faulty item. If your exchange is accepted, you will need to package the item(s) yourselves and send it to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
